A work relocation landed Kevin in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2006, where he immediately fell in love with the East Bay, and has made Contra Costa County his home ever since.

As a part-time realtor and IT professional, Kevin owned and operated an independent real estate brokerage for 10 years, where he helped buyers, sellers and investors achieve their real estate goals. Kevin has returned to real estate full-time after 25 years of servicing clients' Information Technology needs for two Northern California companies Chevron and Oracle (formally PeopleSoft/JD. Edwards). Kevin has personally bought and sold many properties, including investment properties, giving him a keen insight into the buying and selling process.

Client Testimonials

Kevin was a great realtor and a true professional. He helped me buy my first home and made the process as smooth and easy as possible. He communicated to me everything that I needed to know. If I had a question, he was there to provide an answer. He was very patient and never wasted my time. Thank you so much Kevin for helping me level up!

Very knowledgeable, and most of all, Kevin is patient. As a first time buyer, Kevin is very supportive in the daunting task we call home buying. He broke down the steps and made sure I understood what the next few steps are to prepare my mind. Kevin is honest and open minded to my home buying needs.

This will serve as your intro to Kevin. I have known Kevin for 17yrs. We both worked together in The Hi-Tech Industry. I was doing also doing Fix-N-Flips at the time. Kevin was also in Real Estate at that time. As our paths crossed Kevin Helped me with a couple of Properties. The Properties were not with out challenges but thanks to Kevin & his attention to Detail, the properties were Sold & Transactions seamless. Kevin will always have your best interest; I don't believe you could ask for better representation.
